This Privacy Policy explains how Tunio ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data of visitors and customers of the platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and international standards. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data that you provide when creating an account, purchasing subscriptions, or contacting support, including name, company details, email, phone number, payment information processed via our secure providers, and any content you upload. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device information, and usage analytics to secure and improve the service.
3. Legal grounds
We process personal data on the grounds of contract performance, legitimate interest in operating and improving Tunio, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required (for example, marketing communications or optional cookies).
4. How we use data
Personal data is used to provide and administer the Tunio platform, activate subscriptions, process payments, deliver customer support, send service updates, analyze usage trends, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting or regulatory requirements.
5. Data sharing
We share personal data only with trusted processors that help us deliver the service, including hosting providers, payment acquirers, analytics platforms, and communication tools. These partners process data under contracts that ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws. We may disclose data to public authorities if required by Armenian legislation.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access, encryption in transit, regular backups, and monitoring. We apply organizational measures such as role-based access, staff training, and vendor due diligence to prevent unauthorized use, alteration, or loss.
7. Retention period
We keep personal data for as long as your account remains active and for up to three (3) years after termination unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting documents kept for five (5) years). After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia. We will respond to verified requests within the statutory timeframe.

Tunio uses essential cookies required for authentication and security, as well as optional analytics cookies to improve the product. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser or through the on-site consent banner.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legislation or our services. Significant updates will be announced on the website or via email at least 10 days before they take effect.
