Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General provisions

Tunio services are delivered digitally on a subscription basis. By activating a plan, you agree to the payment terms published on the website and to this refund policy.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access remains available until the end of the paid period.

3. How to request a refund

If the service was not delivered in full, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the payment date by emailing refund@tunio.ai. Include your account email, invoice number, and a description of the situation.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, used portions of a paid period, or work and/or integrations completed at the client's request.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer an alternative compliant with Armenian banking regulations.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the account and related services.

7. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to reflect updates in legislation or our offerings. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
